Refund and Returns Policy

At CharmsofNature, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated, handcrafted, natural, and eco-conscious products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is damaged during shipping

You received the wrong product

The item is defective
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

Plants
-
Perishable items
-
Customized or personalized products
-
Handmade items with minor natural variations
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original packaging

Item must be in original condition
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund will be issued to original payment method
If payment was made via UPI, bank transfer, or COD, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Replacement Policy
We may offer replacement instead of refund if:

Product is damaged

Product is defective
-
Wrong item was delivered
Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or damaged product → we bear shipping cost

If return is requested for other valid reasons → customer may bear shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
