At CharmsofNature, we carefully pack and ship all products to ensure they reach you safely.
1. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Normal Post (India Post or equivalent government postal service).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Handmade products may require additional preparation time.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline:
Within Goa: 3–7 business days
Other Indian States: 5–12 business days
Remote areas: May take longer
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.
5. Order Tracking
If tracking is available through the postal service, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
For non-trackable normal post parcels, delivery depends entirely on postal services.
6. Packaging
We use eco-conscious and protective packaging wherever possible to ensure safe delivery while being environmentally responsible.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect address
Loss due to incomplete address
Reshipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned.
8. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged package:
Take clear photos immediately

We will assist as per our Refund & Return Policy.
